Networked inspection profile
A 1.1-inch Stacked BSI sensor gives MV-CH120-60GC a 4096 × 3000 Bayer GB 8 image for colour decisions over Gigabit Ethernet. The 12.3 MP global-shutter camera operates at 10 fps at full frame, with 3.45 µm pixels, 67.2 dB dynamic range and exposure from 10–19 µs (UltraShort) or 20 µs to 10 sec (standard). C-mount optics attach to a 29 mm × 29 mm × 42 mm body. The Ethernet interface runs at 1000 Mbit/s and remains compatible with 100 Mbit/s Fast Ethernet.
Colour verification of markings, component presence and repeated assembly states fits the combination of Bayer output and a detailed global frame. The shutter exposes moving parts simultaneously, while the 6-pin P7 connector provides an opto-isolated input for a machine trigger and an isolated output for coordinated equipment. PoE can carry data and power over the network line; the alternative supply range is 9 VDC to 24 VDC. Typical draw is 1.7 W at 12 VDC.
MV-CH120-60GC is the 10 fps colour Gigabit Ethernet member of the Stacked BSI set. MV-CH120-60GM keeps its 4096 × 3000 format and interface but changes to Mono 8. MV-CH120-60NC increases the frame to 4096 × 3072 and reaches 24 fps over 2.5 Gigabit Ethernet. MV-CH120-60UC returns to 4096 × 3000 and raises the rate to 30.7 fps through USB 3.0, making interface topology and cycle rate the selection boundary.

FAQ
What image format does MV-CH120-60GC deliver for colour inspection?
The Stacked BSI sensor records 4096 × 3000 Bayer GB 8 frames at up to 10 fps. It has a 1.1-inch format, 3.45 µm × 3.45 µm pixels and a global shutter for simultaneous exposure.
Can one Ethernet cable carry both image data and power?
Yes. The camera supports PoE on its Gigabit Ethernet connection. It can instead be fed from 9 VDC to 24 VDC through the P7 arrangement, and typical consumption is 1.7 W at 12 VDC.
Which lens mount and enclosure size must the mechanical design allow?
The camera accepts C-mount optics and measures 29 mm × 29 mm × 42 mm without a lens. Approximate mass is 100 g, and the installed lens and wiring must be correct for the stated IP40 ingress rating.
How are a line sensor and an external event output connected?
The 6-pin P7 connector includes one opto-isolated input on Line 0 and one opto-isolated output on Line 1. A third line is bidirectional and non-isolated, allowing the camera timing to be integrated with machine events.
When should MV-CH120-60NC replace this Gigabit Ethernet variant?
MV-CH120-60NC is the adjacent colour Stacked BSI option when 24 fps at 4096 × 3072 and a 2.5 Gigabit Ethernet path are required. Keep MV-CH120-60GC for 10 fps at 4096 × 3000 with specified PoE support.
