Color detail and USB range choices
A 20 MP color image at a usable USB sequence rate is the defining combination of the MV-CS200-10UC. The Sony® IMX183 rolling-shutter CMOS sensor outputs 5472 × 3648 Bayer GB 8 at up to 19.2 fps through USB3.0. Its 1-inch format uses 2.4 µm pixels, with 65.5 dB dynamic range, exposure from 14 µs to 0.86 sec and gain from 0 dB to 24 dB. USB2.0 operation is also listed.
The large color array supports inspection of dense print, small colored features and wide parts that must retain fine spatial detail. A 19.2 fps ceiling allows repeated views while the object motion remains compatible with rolling-shutter readout and the selected exposure. USB3.0 can power the camera at 5 VDC; the 6-pin P7 connector provides a 9 VDC to 24 VDC alternative plus isolated input and output. The C-mount housing measures 29 mm × 29 mm × 30 mm.
MV-CS200-10UM has the same 5472 × 3648, 19.2 fps and USB3.0 platform but provides Mono 8 instead of Bayer GB 8. MV-CS200-10GM also records mono at this resolution, using Gigabit Ethernet and PoE at a lower 5.9 fps. MV-CS120-10UC V5.0 is the faster USB color choice at 29.4 fps when its lower 4024 × 3036 sampling meets the inspection.

Selection and applications
Dense color print inspection at 5472 × 3648. Detection of small Bayer GB 8 color features. USB-powered 20 MP imaging at 19.2 fps.
Minimum kit: MV-CS200-10UC camera, a C-mount lens, a USB3.0 cable, and either USB3.0 power or a 9 VDC to 24 VDC supply through the 6-pin P7 connector form the minimum operating set.
Nearby in the range: MV-CS200-10UM — Prefer it for Mono 8 output at the same 5472 × 3648 and 19.2 fps; MV-CS200-10GM — Prefer it when Gigabit Ethernet and PoE are required for 20 MP mono imaging; MV-CS120-10UC V5.0 — Prefer it when 29.4 fps matters more than retaining 5472 × 3648 color sampling.

FAQ
Which Bayer stream is available at the maximum USB rate?
The camera outputs Bayer GB 8 at 5472 × 3648 and up to 19.2 fps. The sensor is the 20 MP Sony® IMX183, a 1-inch rolling-shutter CMOS device with 2.4 µm pixels. USB3.0 carries the stream, and USB2.0 operation is also listed.
How can this 20 MP color camera receive operating power?
USB3.0 can supply power at the host connection, with typical consumption stated as 1.7 W at 5 VDC. Alternatively, the camera accepts 9 VDC to 24 VDC through the 6-pin P7 connector, which also carries the opto-isolated input, opto-isolated output and bidirectional line.
What lens coverage is needed for full 5472 × 3648 capture?
The camera uses C-mount and a 1-inch sensor, so the lens must cover that format and transfer the detail required by 2.4 µm pixels across 5472 × 3648. The Bayer GB 8 output also makes the illumination and lens response relevant to the color distinctions used by the inspection.
What motion limits follow from its rolling-shutter sensor?
The Sony® IMX183 has a rolling shutter, so displacement during row readout should be evaluated for the target speed. Exposure can be set from 14 µs to 0.86 sec, and the shortest usable value depends on the available light. The maximum full-resolution sequence rate is 19.2 fps.
How does the 12.2 MP USB color model change the tradeoff?
MV-CS120-10UC V5.0 reduces resolution from 5472 × 3648 to 4024 × 3036 but raises the maximum from 19.2 fps to 29.4 fps. Both are USB color cameras with rolling shutters and C-mount. Choose between them according to spatial sampling and required sequence rate.
