Wide color frames over GigE
A wide 4096 × 2160 color image is delivered over Gigabit Ethernet by MV-CH089-10GC. The 8.8 MP camera uses a 1-inch Sony IMX267 CMOS sensor with a global shutter and 3.45 µm pixels, reaching 13 fps. It fits inspection of broad objects, rows of components and colored surface features where network cabling and full-width detail take priority over high frame rate.
The global shutter preserves object geometry when a part moves between acquisitions, while exposure settings from 1 µs to 14 µs in UltraShort mode support brief capture. Normal exposure continues from 15 µs to 10 sec. PoE can combine power with the Gigabit Ethernet connection, or the camera can operate from a 12 V DC input.
MV-CH089-10UC keeps the IMX267 and 4096 × 2160 color image but reaches 32 fps through USB 3.0. MV-CH089-60GC V5.0 uses a Stacked BSI sensor at 13.9 fps on Gigabit Ethernet. MV-CH100-60GC increases image height to 2460 pixels at 11.6 fps. Select MV-CH089-10GC for IMX267 color capture, the 2160-line wide frame and PoE networking.

Selection and applications
Wide-area color inspection over GigE. PoE monitoring of rows of components. Triggered checks of broad moving parts.
Minimum kit: MV-CH089-10GC, a 1-inch C-mount lens, a Gigabit Ethernet cable, and either PoE or a 12 V DC supply form the minimum imaging set.
Nearby in the range: MV-CH089-10UC — Choose it for the same 4096 × 2160 IMX267 color image at 32 fps over USB 3.0; MV-CH089-60GC V5.0 — Choose it for a Stacked BSI color sensor at 13.9 fps over Gigabit Ethernet; MV-CH100-60GC — Choose it for a taller 4096 × 2460 color frame at 11.6 fps over Gigabit Ethernet.

FAQ
What scene geometry suits the 4096 × 2160 color image?
The image has 4096 pixels across and 2160 vertically, produced by a 1-inch IMX267 sensor. This wide shape supports broad parts, strips of material or several objects arranged across the image.
Can MV-CH089-10GC operate from the Ethernet cable alone?
PoE is supported, so a suitable network source can carry image data and power on the Ethernet cable. A separate 12 V DC input is also listed, and typical camera consumption is 3.8 W at 12 V DC.
What full-resolution rate is available through Gigabit Ethernet?
The maximum listed output is 13 fps at 4096 × 2160. The interface is Gigabit Ethernet and is compatible with Fast Ethernet, while the higher-bandwidth Gigabit path corresponds to the stated full image stream.
Which C-mount lens coverage is needed for the IMX267?
Select a C-mount lens that covers the 1-inch sensor and resolves 3.45 µm pixels over the 4096 × 2160 image. The lens focal length should map the broad target area to that wide sensor format.
How is a trigger or illumination output wired to this model?
The 6-pin Hirose connector carries one opto-isolated input, one opto-isolated output and one bidirectional non-isolated I/O line. These signals provide the hardware connection for acquisition and light timing.
